Claudine Duschinger sadly passed away on 16th May 2025 after a battle with cancer.
Claudine was one of the founding members of Kitchen Quartet back in 2009 and remained an integral part of the group for over 10 years until she discovered choir singing and put her flute away.
Besides being a pleasure to play with, she was also intelligent and droll, the like will not be seen again.
She requested that the Irish tune ‘Captain O’Kane’ be played at her requiem mass.
Kitchen Quartet will now continue to play ‘Captain O’Kane’ in their live set in memory of their friend Claudine.
Rest in Peace Claudine.
